Judith Nieuwenhuijsen
Background
I enjoy pottering around in the garden and heading out into nature with my family. I also love drinking coffee, watching foreign films, reading historical novels and visiting museums.
I spent my childhood in the Netherlands, Italy and New Zealand and studied law and languages. As a result, I speak fluent Dutch, English, French, German and Italian. From 2001 to 2006 I worked as a lawyer.
Company
In 2007 I started as a teacher of Dutch as a foreign language and as a guide in cities and museums. As my company’s logo I very appropriately chose the koru, the Māori word for an unfolding fern and in New Zealand the symbol for new beginnings.
My great love of languages and cultures comes together in my company. My aim is to connect my clients with others and with their surroundings through Dutch language and culture. My business activities take place in Leiden and surroundings.
I look forward to meeting you!
